Ice Cream Social Tonight!
Our Ice Cream Social is tonight right after the service. You might want to eat before church. :)Also, this is our family service weekend so remember that your elementary kids get to join mom and dad for the entire time tonight. We are going to share communion at the very end.
Lastly, we are still collecting items for the Women's Crisis Center through tonight. You can bring any of the following items.
Here is the list: (By the way, they do not need clothes.)

coffee makers
toasters

towels
toilet paper
laundry soap
body soap

This ice cream social was great fun oh how we needed that! Thank you Kris for not only coming out with ideas and hope they get done you make things happen, you go girl! What a blessing to have such items for these shelters for families in crisis. Several years ago I was hours away from being homed in a battered womens shelter so this really spoke to me. It has reminded me of; where I came from, what I have been delivered from and how blessed I am. Kris may God bless your thoughtfulness. This was God ordained!:)
